turkey
i roasted my first turkey this year. stuffed it with basmati rice, celery ,apple and fresh thyme. i covered it in euro bacon. lots.
it was wonderfully golden. moist. esthetically beautiful.
i made my own cranberry sauce too, with a hint of lemon.
